Brown protective paper will be removed by you prior to decorating.
Measurements are typically 3″ on the longest side for the larger blank and 1.5 inches for the minis (some are longer depending on shape)
Keychain parts are optional and sold in sets of 10 (includes the keyring with chain and connecting jump rings)
