1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, participate in activities on the Services, contact customer support, sign up for texts or emails, or otherwise contact us.

The personal information we collect may include:

  • Names
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Mailing addresses
  • Usernames
  • Passwords
  • Contact preferences
  • Billing addresses
  • Debit/credit card numbers
  • Contact or authentication data
  • Order and purchase history

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe, PayPal, Sezzle, and Afterpay. You may find their privacy notices here: Stripe, PayPal, Sezzle, and Afterpay.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide the option to register using your existing social media account details (like Facebook or X). If you register this way, we collect certain profile information from your social media provider โ€” see “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?” below.

Application Data. If you use our mobile application(s), we may collect the following if you grant access or permission:

  • Geolocation Information โ€” for certain location-based services, adjustable in your device settings.
  • Push Notifications โ€” regarding your account or app features, which you can turn off in your device settings.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information โ€” such as your IP address and browser/device characteristics โ€” is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and other technical data, collected primarily for security, operation, and internal analytics purposes.

  • Log and Usage Data โ€” service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance data automatically recorded in our server logs.
  • Device Data โ€” information about the computer, phone, or tablet you use to access the Services.
  • Location Data โ€” precise or imprecise device location data, which you can opt out of via your device settings.

Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS

In Short: If you provide your phone number, we may text you order updates, customer support replies, or promotional messages you’ve opted into โ€” and we never share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

How we collect your number. We collect your mobile phone number when you voluntarily provide it โ€” for example, at checkout, through a website sign-up form or pop-up, by texting our number first, or by providing it to our customer support team (including through our Re:amaze help desk).

What we send. Depending on how you opted in, we may send:

  • Order confirmations, shipping updates, and other transactional messages related to a purchase or support request
  • Customer support replies to inquiries you’ve submitted
  • Promotional messages, such as sale announcements and new product drops, only if you’ve separately opted in to marketing texts

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to opt in to SMS marketing to make a purchase or receive customer support.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any texts we send you.

How to opt out. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further marketing texts from us unless you opt in again. This does not necessarily opt you out of transactional or order-related texts tied to an active purchase or support request.

We do not share your phone number with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, or any SMS opt-in data, with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely by Zindee Studios LLC to send you the communications described above, and by our SMS/messaging service providers (such as Twilio) strictly to deliver those messages on our behalf.

3. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

We process your personal information for reasons including:

  • To facilitate account creation and authentication and manage user accounts.
  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services you’ve requested.
  • To respond to inquiries and offer customer support, including via SMS, email, and our Re:amaze help desk.
  • To send administrative information, such as details about our products, policy changes, and similar information.
  • To fulfill and manage orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • To send marketing communications you’ve opted into, such as sale announcements, which you may opt out of at any time.
  • To save or protect an individual’s vital interest, when necessary to prevent harm.

4. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.

We may rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent โ€” you’ve given us permission for a specific purpose (e.g., opting in to SMS marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Performance of a Contract โ€” necessary to fulfill our obligations to you, including providing our Services.
  • Legal Obligations โ€” necessary for compliance with the law.
  • Vital Interests โ€” necessary to protect your or a third party’s vital interests.

5. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in the specific situations and with the specific third parties described here. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

  • Service Providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf under contract, such as payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Sezzle, Afterpay), our messaging/SMS provider (Twilio), our customer support platform (Re:amaze), and our email/SMS marketing platform (Klaviyo) โ€” solely to deliver the services you’ve requested.
  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
  • Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information โ€” including your phone number โ€” with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We use cookies and similar technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save preferences, and support basic site functions. We also permit third parties and service providers to use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising, including to tailor ads to your interests or send abandoned cart reminders (based on your communication preferences).

To the extent these technologies are deemed a “sale”/”sharing” under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in Section 13 below.

Google Analytics. We share information with Google Analytics to track and analyze use of the Services. Opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. See the Google Privacy & Terms page for more.

7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you register or log in using a social media account, we may access certain information about you.

If you register using a third-party social account (like Facebook or X), we receive certain profile information from that provider โ€” often your name, email, friends list, and profile picture. We only use this information as described in this notice. We are not responsible for how your social media provider handles your data; review their privacy notice for details.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we delete or anonymize it, or, if that isn’t possible, securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your information through organizational and technical security measures.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or are the parent/guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn we’ve collected data from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Contact us at hello@zindee.com if you believe we’ve collected data from a minor.

11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

Depending on your region, you may have the right to: (i) request access to and a copy of your personal information; (ii) request correction or erasure; (iii) restrict processing; (iv) request data portability; and (v) object to automated decision-making. Contact us using the details in Section 15 to make a request.

Withdrawing consent. If we rely on your consent to process your information (including SMS marketing consent), you may withdraw it at any time โ€” for texts, simply reply STOP.

Opting out of marketing communications. Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email, or from marketing texts by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may still receive non-marketing, service-related messages (such as order updates or support replies).

Account Information. You can review, update, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us or updating your account settings.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Because no uniform standard for Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals currently exists, we do not respond to DNT browser signals at this time. If a standard is adopted that we’re required to follow, we will update this notice accordingly.
