INSTRUCTIONS:

• Peel label and place on fabric
• Cover with thin cloth or teflon sheet
• Iron or Heat Press for 10-15 seconds with medium to heavy pressure (It is good to see the fibers of the fabric through the label)
• If using a heat press you can set temp to 320 degrees F
• Enjoy
