Brown protective paper by you when you receive to reveal a glossy deep black acrylic.
Measurements are right under 20″, approx 19.5-19.8″  (perfect size for door hanger)

Comes with holes around to add your own ribbon.
3″ ribbon works well and 3 yards is used in the photos.
